Client Access is in /qibm/proddata/ca400/Express/Install/Image - just run
the setup.exe from there, assuming you can get there with Windows Explorer
(assumes NetServer is running).

Licensing is needed for PC5250 emulation and data transfer. Unless they
have an unlimited user license, your client would have to pay for your
usage of those components.

This is partly why I bought PCOMM ($149 - don't remember exactly where -
found link in Google once, I think). Then I never need to worry about a
customer's licensing.

Someone recently posted a site at ftp.boulder.ibm.com, where CAE can be
downloaded.

Eclipse is basically open source. It shouldn't matter.

As far as Client Access Express, the software is free, you jsut need the
appropriate licensing on the actual AS/400 you are conencting to.

You would get the media from IBM, but I would assume you would have to tell
them the neccessary account info. Otherwise, get it from the sysadmin.

If he won't give it to you, then I would assume you aren't supposed to have
it.
