Yes.  You create your 4 lines and assign each one to your local subnet.
Create a virtual IP on your AS400 in a separate subnet.  Now add the 4
routes to your default gateway so all your clients know how to find the VIP.
Set up load balancing on your router.  This will inbound load balance data
to your AS400.  The AS400 will automatically do outbound load balancing.

There is a red book called "AS400 Routing and Load Balancing Techniques" by
Gary E. Diehl.  I have a local copy so I lost the link but I found it on
IBM's site under Redbooks.
