Im not horribly familiar with this menu.
Is my route destination my gateway, aka 192.168.0.1
What about Next hop?

Currently there is nothing in routes, but local pings work just fine.
Aka from the router to the as400 seem to get replys no problem.

I also am not familiar with how to ping from the as400

Thanks for the help, Id love to get this narrowed down
