I'm familiar with many of the workarounds to get RCLSTG running in
quasi-unattended mode.but it's hard to do when you're on a WAN and 600 miles
away from the console.

Hey IBM: how about adding an option to execute RCLSTG (at least the *DBXREF
option) as part of the IPL process?
