3476 keyboard help

Anyone know where I can see the layout of a 3476 keyboard?

Okay, I know you're wondering why the heck anyone would want to know what a 
3476 keyboard looks like.  I brought my keyboard in the house and set it down, 
where my 2-1/2 year old began banging on the keys.  My wife told him no but I 
said there was nothing he could damage.  About 30 minutes later I noticed the 
clip was gone off the plug end.  So I ordered a new one which arrived extremely 
nasty (looked like goats had been using it to eat off of).  I cleaned the keys 
but some of them don't match the keys on the old keyboard.

Specifically, I'm trying to figure out what goes on the keys around the number 
pad and the 9 keys above the arrow keys.  TIA.

BTW, it's my first kid - cut me some slack!!   :)
