On my V5R2 install, there is a setup.ini file in the root of my CA directory
that has a VRM=V5R2M0 and OS=2000 entries.

I just checked a co-workers machine and he has a setup.ini file that had
VRM=V3R2M0 and OS=NT entries.

Might be worth checking out.
