Have a requirement to impliment a /400 solution from a remote site.

Switched line dial up only.
2 IBM OPTIONS 33.6K Data/Fax modems.
How to use a pc, to dial into my remote /400, and using a Telnet or other 5250 
emulation software,
connect , work, and also be able to download files?
