If you use STRQMQRY to run this, it'll create "sets" of
spooled output until the width is covered. E.g., 300
characters may turn out to be 4 sets at 80 characters
wide. You just have to say only use QRYDFN - one of the
latter parms. And you can say to use the QRYDFN for the
QMFORM, as well.

Might be some gotchas with summary functions.

As to CSV, you can attach a DTAQ to an OUTQ, then wait
on the DTAQ. When one of these comes through, do a
CPYSPLF in the waiting program, then a CPYTOIMPF to get
the CSV. PRTF can be up to 378 wide - make your PF wide
enough.
