You've got a good point there.  But it does give you ammunition to beat
on IBM and tell them they are producing bad XML.

If you use " the parser on the other end should translate that as
a quote.  Assuming of course that that parser is also following the
"rules".

Somehow I doubt that the CRTCMD command will understand what &quot; in
prompt text is supposed to mean.
