OK -
        CHGDSTPWD (*DEFAULT) is FINE BUT!!!!

                Default Password is CASE 
sensitive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
                So it's EASY to disable it again and again and again!!

        SLIP  Install is ONLY required when you TRASH QSECOFR as a Sign on, 
TRASH QSECOFR as a DST Signon, and you do NOT have a backup Administrator.
