It seems to me that you would have the same problem if you don't set the
QUPSDLYTIM to high enough to accomodate your full IPL time, to avoid it
shutting down before finishing IPL. Our IPL is down to 10 to 15 minutes, can
you believe it, (not including the power-down we do before re-IPLs).
