I hope someone answers for sure, or you can check with your business
partner.  But I think you need at least one compiler -and- ADTS (PDM, SEU,
SDA, etc) to get the whole package.

If you can buy just RPG at what release(s)? And then when you upgrade to
V5R1 with software subscription do you get WDS, since you have RPG and
software subscription?
