We're running V5R1.  I'd hate to see what performance would be like if it
were slow.

Thanks for everyone's advice.  I may be able to use Andy's observations to
justify the RCLSTG.  Tony - It would help to know how you were caught in a
bind or what happened that caused regret.

My real situation is that management has said we don't need to waste time
on
the RCLSTG, and I have to prove that we do, or live with the consequences.
