Scott,
        Mine was set for +00.00. I changed it to -05.00 and that fixed
the problem!!!! What would I do if without the forum :) :) :)

Check your QUTCOFFSET system value, ours are set at -06:00 for Mountain
time
and -05:00 for Central time.
