I believe if you use the FORMTYPE option on the STRPRTWTR command you can
set which formtype will be used first.

Boy, do I feel dumb for not remembering this. How do you change a printer
definition, so that it does not need a response to the forms change message
the first time a report tries to print following an IPL? This is a line
printer that always has greenbar paper in it. I want to avoid a reply list
entry if possible.
