There is no direct save method other than the SAVSECDTA which saves your
authorization list and a whole bunch of other stuff.  I'm pretty sure that
there is an API that will let you query the properties of an authorization
list (I'm on an airplane so no chance for me to look it up for you), and
then recreate it on the target machine, or if you are wanting to do this for
a software install, it's a heck of a lot easier to do build it on the
customer's box during the install process.
