Normally, on a machine without Domino, I would run
APYPTF LICPGM(*ALL) APY(*PERM) DELAYED(*YES)
after a reasonable amount of time, and IPL.  This should clean out many of
these files.

On a system with Domino you shouldn't apply ptf's permanently to any
Domino product.  Instead do a DSPSFWRSC.  And for each program product,
except for any Domino related product, do the
APYPTF LICPGM(####xxx) APY(*PERM) DELAYED(*YES)

There are save files in QWIN32, QYTC, and QSYSDIR libraries that start
with
QSF. They look like PTFs that were installed when the O/S was upgraded.

Do these files have to stay on the system or can they be deleted?
