Yes, they're the same.

Also, if you need to get into DST for things like this, you can do the
following:

- set your machine to 'manual' from the front panel.
- set the number in the LCD to '21'.
- get your console to a signon screen.
- press the 'enter' button on the front panel.
- This will display DST on your console.
- When done, exit DST and set your front panel back the way it was
before you started.
