>From what I read about it in the interview with the IBM CEO, he said a
majority of the job cuts would come from a freeze on hiring.  I guess when
you have as many employees as IBM you must lost thousands every year due
to normal employee turnover.  So, if you don't replace them, there are
your cuts.
