intersection in DB2 V4R5 -- MIDRANGE-L

we are on V4R5.
want to run intersection on two tables in DB2.

I can do that with intersection clause in Oracle.

How to do it in DB2 ? It does not recognize INTERSECTION or INTERSECT
clause..
plz help...
