SSL availability (was: Retrieving Journal Information...)

410 provided SSL support for the HTTP server (possibly 370 also) via a
separate product (ICSS).

430 was the first release where user applications could use SSL via the
SSL APIs and a keyring file.  (Possibility that these were PTFed back to
420 or Limited Availability based on some documentation I read in the Web
Server help text.)

440 added support for registered SSL applications.
