What I did was modify the keymap so that now I can use Alt-W for white,
Alt-R for red etc. I also changed the keymap so I can Ctrl-C for copy,
CTRL-V for paste and Ctrl-X for cut.

FWIW, my KMP file is pasted hereunder (I use the French keyboard layout, so
you may need other KEYxx values):

[KEYBOARD]
A-KEY20=apl 28
A-KEY21=apl 30
A-KEY22=apl 32
A-KEY26=apl 38
A-KEY35=apl 20
A-KEY46=apl 22
C-KEY47=[edit-cut]
C-KEY48=[edit-copy]
C-KEY49=[edit-paste]
A-KEY50=apl 3a

(copied from earlier in this thread:)

22 White
3A Blue
40 Blank (Green)
30 Turquoise
28 Red
32 Yellow
38 Pink
20 Attribute Delimiter
Any Hex value ending with 1 (eg. 21) Reverse image
Any Hex value ending with 4(eg. 24) Underline

If you have Client Access, I have a pop-up pad that has 16 buttons, one for
each of the display attributes. Double click a button to insert the
attribute where your cursor lies. Much easier to use than copying from
another source member.

If interested in the pop-up and the macros it uses, reply to me privately
and I'll be happy to send it to you.
