Why don't you just query the RPG program I specs and create the PF member
using AS/400 query?  Then run a Q&D to sequence the member with sequence
numbers so that the editor will not give you an error.  This will at least
get the majority of the work done.  I'll bet if you are creative you will get
everything you need in the PF member from multiple queries.

You do realize that the record could be defined in many different ways based
on the programmers need at the time.  You would need to find the RPG program
with the "best" fit record definition.
