CA by itself - easy. It's done in the Communication->Configure... menu item.

But Citrix adds a wrinkle, since CA runs on its server, not your machine.

You could do something with the IP address. This, of course, means that
your IP addresses need to be static. The IP address can be retrieved using
the QUSRDEVD API. I wrote something that showed up on this list , might
still be here. Look up QUSRDEVD in the archive.
