Please review the archives..... looking for "scope message".

I could be wrong, but I don't think the suggestions about cancel handlers
will accomplish everything that you want.

This is a small example of sending a "scope message".  Program SCOPEMS will
be called every time the job ends; normal or abnormal.

Can a job "monitor" for being ended? so that it can shut down gracefully.
