Actually, what really bothers me is this: what is the difference between the
lease and maintenance?  Why are they still charging me for the lease, but
the machine is no longer on maintenance?  How did this occur?  When did I
get on maintenance, and why did it end, but the lease is still current?

I am sooooooooooo confused.
