Re: System Names

I assume you are connecting to the AS400 ok it is just when
you try to use IFS.

You might want to look at

check out "Allow system name"  and   "Server name" not sure
why they do not tell you  DSPNETA is how to see the AS/400
network attributes. The other netserver API's are at
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/pubs/html/as400/v4r4/ic2924/info/apis/ss1.htm#Header_4
If you do write something to check and would not mind
sharing the source I am starting to work on an open source
project for these API's.

Or you could just go and set it to allow Allow system name
using
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/pubs/html/as400/v4r4/ic2924/info/apis/qzlschsn.htm
or Ops Nav to change it.
