The more I think about this, the more I wonder whether I shouldn't just do
the following:

1. Roll the lease over on the old 270-2250 to a newer 270-2432, which has
nearly triple the CPW for about $2000 more.
2. Get the new box with V5R1.
3. Leave the model 150 at V4R5 for release compatibility testing.

The only issue is moving my software from the old 270 to the new one.  When
you roll over a lease, do they ship you the new box and give you a
reasonable time period to cut over?
