The 150 can run V5R1 - the thing is you may not want to depending on how
much memory you have.  128MB is absolute minimum, but 256MB would be
preferable.  Of course the150 can only go up to 192MB memory, so that's
your limit and what I'd suggest for V5R1.
Also the 150 was not convered by software subscription, so you would have
to purchase V5R1.

Maybe I'm missing something here but according to this, Any AS400 with a
RISC processor is supported which I believe the 150 qualifies.
