Ops Nav Spool Viewer

One of our customers uses the AFP spoolfile viewer included in CAE. They
have a problem where they can't see the entire width of the spool file. We
create 1000+ page accounting reports that are 198 characters wide. Nothing
they do in the viewer will allow them to see the entire print line. However,
on the developer's laptops, same version of CAE and service pack, it works
if we change the paper size and/or zoom level(paper size U1/zoom 125%
usually works great). We get a scroll bar on the bottom of the screen that
let's us move left and right to see the edges of the report, but they don't
get the scroll bar.

We checked their screen resolutions, Windows service pack levels, CAE
version and service pack levels, everything we could think of, and we are
stumped.

They are on V4R5 OS/400, and CAE v4r5 w/SF66513 service pack. I appreciate
any help, even if it's a RTFM with a link.
