At one time, for a planned unload/reload, I ran the DSPFD for all files to
an output file.  Then I queried it for all logicals in a different library
than their physical(s).  Then my boss correctly determined that this was a
waste of time because you can do two complete restores.  The second one
with the *NEW option will get logical files that were missed the first
time because the physicals were not restored yet.

Remember, join logicals and multiformat logicals will have more than one
physical.
