Take a look at the Synapse product:

http://www.synapse.com/

We use it and it is great. I have it running on Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 and
XP.
It makes NO registry entries so it is as simple as deleting it and it is
gone.
They have a free eval on their website I believe,
