Tried adding the path, now it just hangs and will not start, oh ya our ZEN
does not have a starting directory. it just runs the executable

Sounds like a path problem. The icon (actually a shortcut) probably has a
startup directory that is where PCSCM.EXE is located. You need to add that
path to your path - it's put there when you install Personal
Communications, and probably Client Access.
