NO; the larger fields are VARCHAR, so your calculation is not accurate.
The allocated size is 227 (extracted from DSPFFD), so your waiste is only
of 5 Meg !
Check the real size of the object (DSPOBJD), it's not 1 Gig.
BTW, with 12% of deleted records, you are in a very good situation.
