runrmtcmd

      I got the program running and the exe file is doing what it is suppose to 
but I was only able to get this to work when I used and administrator user and 
password on the runrmtcmd.  So there must be something else I have to give 
permission to on the server the exe program is running on?  We are going to 
start adding permissions of some of the admin to a "dummy" user to see if we 
can determine it,  but just thought I would ask if you know right a way what it 
is.

I saw on an archive for runrmtcmd about adding users to the incoming remote 
command,  however when I bring the CA properites up there is no place to add 
users.  I don't know if this is the problem of not.
