Just tried this. (Should be STRUC, right)

If you're going 400-400, I think this will not work. Both files need to be
in the library/file system for the 400 to do this, which is kind of beside
the point

OTOH, if you're coming from, say, Windows, this can work. But the naming
format on the 400 must be 0 (lib/file).

It can also be evoked from a 400 client with STRUC R (QUOTE makes it a
server command, fyi)
