CAE Cursor positioning

Since updating Client Access to Client Access Express the cursor is not
positioning correctly.

It seems that client access is keeping the cursor in the last position
where the user left off rather than completing the RPG Cycle with the enter
key which would move the cursor back to the first position of the first
input field.

Client Access, at a lower level, after I press ENTER, the cursor moves to
1st position of 1st input field.   With CA Express, at ENTER the cursor
position stays where I left it.    On a 3487 CRT, the position moves to
first position of first input field after every ENTER.

Is there any way to adjust CA Express that you are aware of?  I thought,
CAE would work like green screen 5250.

I really need help here, our users are really screaming.  It is a
productivity issue.
