Bunch of QPWFSERVSD & QZDASRVSD jobs sitting on jobq

Geez, just looking at WRKSBMJOB for the first time since I started here, and
I see a bunch of QPWFSERVSD & QZDASRVSD jobs sitting on the jobq.  They
belong to user QUSER, so I don't know why they're showing up on my
WRKSBMJOB.  They are sitting on the QPWFSERVER jobq, which is being "held".

Hmmm, I schedule a STRHOSTSVR *ALL job to run every day at 6 a.m. so that I
can be sure my Client Access can log on to the system, and this job submits
the other two jobs.  If these two jobs aren't being executed, what function
am I missing?  Should I delete the jobs?  Or release the jobq (after
deleting all but the last submission of these two jobs) so that these two
jobs do their thing?

In the online library for v3r2:

I see that QZDASRVSD is a "Daemon program"; is this anything CA uses?

QPWFSERVER appears to be a pre-start job for the database server; again, is
this anything CA uses?

Currently, I am using CA only for display & printer sessions.  I am using CA
v3r2m0 on a v3r2 os/400 system.
