You know, I am confused by the many names:  IPCS, FSIOP, etc for the
various flavors of that animal.  Check your model carefully and check the
list of hardware obsoleted by V5R1.  A local company did not read this and
their card was one of those that was obsoleted.  Turned out they were
pretty much migrated off of it so they just yanked the card.
