Reading up for the install of V5R1, I have the following questions:

1) In my QSTRUP program, I no longer have to issue a
   "STRTCP STRSVR(*YES) STRIFC(*YES)", correct?

2) For our daily backup, I have been issuing:
         ENDHOSTSVR SERVER(*ALL)
         ENDTCP OPTION(*IMMED) ENDSVR(*YES)
   and then issuing a
         STRTCP STRSVR(*YES) STRIFC(*YES)
when it is finished. According to the iSeries Memorandum To Users,
if I would issue a STRTCPSVR *ALL or ENDTCPSVR *ALL command
interactively, an inquiry message is generated. Is this inquiry
message generated during STRTCP and ENDTCP as well?

3) STRPFRMON, ENDPFRMON, STRPFRCOL, ENDPFRCOL, are no longer supported.
We are to use the collection services in Operations Navigator
instead. What if I have PM400 and it is started automatically in
QSTRUP in it's own subsystem? Also, there is an autostart job
in subsystem QCTL, job description QPFRCOL. This job description
does a CALL QSYS/QPMLWAIT. This job only runs for 3 seconds after
an IPL. What exactly is _it_ doing?
