Mark,

We had the SnapShot people come in and do a demo. All the AS/400 iSeries
techs here were very impressed, but unfortunately the comapany decided not
to purchase an AS/400 only tool, so I can only go on the demo. The demo was
pretty impressive though. It does capacity planning as well as what
appeared to be fairly real-time performance analysis. I've never seen it in
an actual production environment though.
