Isn't that simply a matter of view point?  Or are you not able to sign on
the the remote system?

Have you looked into the ADDRMTJRN and CHGRMTJRN commands?  My understanding
is that journal entries from a remote system are replicated to a journal on
the local system where you could use the APYJRNCHG on a regular basis to
keep the files in sync.  I've never done it though.
