Try starting it with the "-vv" option.  The is two v's not a w(double u)

Now if i start this server instance , it will start and immediately end on
its own..DSPJOBLOG says server instance ending normally with a return code
of 0.

 What is that I am missing here. Kindly tell how to enable JSP service. So
far I have gone step by step as per the redbook .
