Dean ... check out REMOTE VIEW
which is an upgrade to DISPLAY ACTIVE BPCS JOBS

The original DSPBPSACT
http://www.precosis.com.au/piu1.htm
basically sounds like what we had in VASP/36
a simple screen showing current task in all the stacks of all the BPCS users,
so you can see who might be doing something in potential conflict & see it in
the names of the familiar programs

The improved version of REMOTE VIEW / safe ending
http://www.precosis.com.au/rv1.htm
permits MIS staff to see what's doing on work stations that might be in
locked offices or remote sites & then send F24 F3 F12 whatever commands to
the program there for the purpose of getting the programs to an orderly
conclusion in the event of people having left the office with their work
sessions in the middle of something.

> Is anyone aware of a product (beyond PC Anywhere) that will allow someone
to
> take over another persons' AS/400 sessions remotely? I'm looking for
> something similar to STRCPYSCN that isn't a screen behind at all times.
For
> example, a computer is on late but not doing anything, we need to F3 out of
> the application without leaving the application's record lock in place...
