Your iSeries has all you need. Use the dial-in capability and start your
iSeries FTP server.

To really spiff it up start your HTTP server, make a static home page, offer
a few hints, and maybe even a pushbutton on the page to start their upload
to your site. Don't fuss with firewalls and all that complication - the
dial-in should be more than enough precaution.

Subject: How do I become a tiny ISP?

This is a multipart message in MIME format.

Several of our PC-based customers use AOL to get on the internet and
transfer files to our system (via FTP batch program). They're not happy
with AOL service, for whatever reason, and local ISP connections are an
expensive option for them. My boss would like to give them the option of
us being their ISP, and then letting them FTP the files to us. FTP only,
nothing else.

How do I make this happen?
