Talk to your telephone company. Things like mulitpoint-to-point connections
can have various numbers of connections to one modem (CSU/DSU?), I think.
Multiple modems and/or multiport modems can work, except you have a fixed
limit on connections. You might need to consider, also, the security of the
connections. Some kinds are harder than others - of course, more expensive.

If you have a T1 direct or something, you could probably give them better
full Internet access than AOL.  ;-)
