Sending e-mails from AS/400

We want to send an e-mail from iSeries 400. We have followed the
next steps:
>STRMSF
>STRTCPSVR SERVER(*SMTP)
>STRTCPSVR SERVER(*POP)
>SNDDST TYPE(*DOC) TOINTNET((user@yahoo.es)) DSTD(TEST)
MSG('This is a test') DOC(INVOICE) FLR(myfolder)

where user@yahoo.es is a valid e-mail address and the document
INVOICE exist in myfolder. We are not receiveing anything in the
e-mail address. What are we missing?
