Reminds me of the time in a restricted state I ran a
CPROBJ  *ALL/*ALL   on me small E02

I locked her up good that time.

BUT,   It's a great command if you have libraries that are not used often.
Try it on a test lib.  Do a DSPLIB to *PRINT before and after.

It works on *PGMs and UIM Panels, etc

Give it a try.  Objects automatically get decompressed at first
touch so no harm.

just curious: the help text for CPROBJ states that
"to compress a system program, the user must
end all active subsystems"

But how can the user do any work then? like
running CPROBJ.
