under 1 GB of DASD, IBM started to ship OS/400 compressed.  It was a short
term strategy, but it was what we needed at the time.

Okay....there's a DCPOBJ (Decompress Object)
Which makes me think there is a CMPOBJ or the like.

But I haven't found it yet....anyone know ?
