They appear to have done a similar trick on comp.sys.ibm.as400.misc too.
There were a number of 'glowing testimonials' with a fair bit of mutual
backslapping going on. Not very convincing...

I also think the comparison with Brad's SPLTOOL is off base too, as that
is a native AS/400 solution for *SCS to .pdf with email, and not costing
much more than free anyway. If I wanted a free solution that was PC
based I'd just hook up a Linux box which comes with a host of postscript
& pdf conversion tools and control it through RUNRMTCMD. You can even
convert the other way too - pdf to text :)
